As Global Vice President, Innovation Strategy & Portfolio Management – Packaging & Engineering at The Estée Lauder Companies, she  leads strategic planning, portfolio governance, and end-to-end technical readiness and transformation for a nearly $15B global portfolio. Partnering across R&D, engineering, supply chain, operations, and commercial leadership, she works to ensure technical feasibility, operational excellence, disciplined investment decisions, and long-term platform scalability—while building high-performing global teams that deliver measurable impact through innovation excellence.

With 25 years of Beauty experience, Ron Gee has always been a champion of innovation, creativity and consumer engagement as the critical keys to success. As the Former CEO of Shiseido Americas, Ron led an end-to-end enterprise leveraging his diverse background in research, manufacturing, finance and marketing.  He also spearheaded the Global M&A function for Shiseido and established the company’s venture fund, LIFT, focusing on adjacent categories such as wellness.  Prior to Shiseido, Ron was CFO of the Americas for Coty transitioning the business from pre to post IPO.  Ron also spent significant time at L’Oreal in many key financial leadership roles.
His experience crosses nearly all categories, including makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare, and in all channels, including luxury, mass market and professional businesses.  Ron holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, a MBA in Finance and Marketing from New York University, and two US Patents in Manufacturing. 
 

Thomas Hammond is the Sr. Director of Package Development and Engineering at Revlon overseeing global Skincare, Body Care, Promotions, Package Testing, and Change Management. In this role, he is responsible for end to end execution from ideation to manufacturing and production. In his eleven years at Elizabeth Arden and Revlon, he’s worked on their most prestigious skincare and color cosmetic brands while supporting value engineering initiatives, in-sourcing, innovation, and sustainability. Prior to Elizabeth Arden, he worked for PepsiCo aiding in the engineering and development of new soda fountain technology. In the summer of 2012, Thomas spent three months in South Korea for an internship with an injection molding cosmetic factory. He’s traveled domestically and internationally for functional packaging line trials, custom tool development, and innovation trade shows. With those experiences, he’s been able to sharpen his skill set, cultivating himself for a future in the cosmetic industry. In his spare time, he enjoys boating in the summer, skiing in the winter, and football. Thomas holds a Masters in Cosmetic and Fragrance Marketing and Management from FIT and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

Agnes Landau is a seasoned C-Suite executive and strategic leader in the global beauty industry, recognized for driving innovation, brand growth, and commercial success across prestigious skincare, cosmetics and fragrance brands. With over two decades of leadership experience, she has shaped market-defining strategies that fuse a brand’s authentic DNA with creative storytelling, elevating brands to category leadership positions including iconic names such as; Clinique, MAC, NARS, Shiseido, Cle De Peau, Hermes, Narciso and Issey Miyake.  Today, Agnès brings her wealth of experience as a mentor and advisor in brand transformation, innovation and global expansion to indie brands looking to scale.

Manessa Lormejuste is a beauty scientist and product developer, blending her passion and scientific expertise to create products that truly make a difference. Manessa has held roles at leading companies such as L’Oréal USA, Beautycounter, and Farmacy Beauty. She started her career as a formulation chemist, working on award-winning hair color, hair care, and skin care products. Manessa established her own consulting firm, LORM·CO, in 2024 to continue delivering science-backed innovative products for a selected group of brands and founders.

Manessa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemical Biology and a Master of Business & Science in Personal Care from Rutgers University, forming the bedrock of her educational foundation. She is also the scientific advisor for MMARA, a budding beauty tech company aspiring to be a digital hair concierge for textured hair users.

Notably, Manessa is regarded as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Beauty and was named a 2024 Top 30 Beauty Product Developer by Beauty Independent.

Lorne Lucree is a leading expert in beauty innovation, product development, and R&D, with deep expertise in formulation science, ingredient technologies, packaging, sustainability, olfactive trends, and consumer insights. His career spans advertising at Procter & Gamble, global and regional marketing at L'Oréal, R&I and product development at Estée Lauder, brand incubation at Luxury Brand Partners, and manufacturing and operational innovation as Chief Innovation & R&D Officer at Voyant Beauty. He has developed award-winning products for Clinique, R+Co, L’Oréal Professionnel, IGK, ONE/SIZE by PatrickStarrr, and Tatcha. Now, as Founder of Quiet Coyote Consulting, he helps brands, private equity, and contract manufacturers drive innovation and maximize value.

Lorne is a trusted partner to key retailers like Ulta Beauty, where he serves as a Product Development Advisor for the Ulta MUSE Accelerator Program and a member of the Conscious Beauty at Ulta Advisory Board. 

His work has earned 25+ industry awards, including Allure Best of Beauty, Allure Best of Beauty Breakthrough, Refinery29 Beauty Innovator, and Times UK Style Beauty Award. He has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BSc from Boston University.

Robin Mason is a distinguished beauty industry executive with extensive expertise in global fragrance, brand strategy, and business transformation. Most recently, she served as President of Fine Fragrance North America at DSM-Firmenich, where she led strategic growth, creative development, and operations across a portfolio of internationally recognized fragrance brands.
Prior to DSM-Firmenich, Robin was SVP and General Manager of Shiseido Fragrances, overseeing U.S. marketing and global brand development for iconic brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Hermes, Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, and the global launch of Tory Burch Beauty. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at The Estée Lauder Companies and Elizabeth Arden, helping drive some of the beauty industry’s most successful designer and lifestyle fragrance launches.
Widely respected for her leadership and industry insight, Robin is a frequent speaker on beauty and fragrance industry topics and trends and has served on the Board of The Fragrance Foundation. She is also the recipient of numerous industry honors, including FIT’s Marvin Feldman Alumni Award for excellence in the beauty industry.
 

Nicole Musco is the Director of Global Product Development at jane iredale, the skincare makeup brand, where she has contributed since January 2023.

Nicole's passion for product development began over 15 years ago as an intern at L'Oréal, a pivotal experience that sparked her career in the beauty industry. Over the years, she has developed beauty products for leading brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Avon, Skyn Iceland, and spearheaded Development at Revlon for the Almay and Revlon brands.

Noah Rosenblatt is President North America at Space NK. He joined Space NK in 2015, bringing more than eight years of beauty experience with prior roles at LVMH and 20 years of retail industry experience working with numerous emerging brands looking to expand their footprint in the US. Noah currently oversees the North American wholesale distribution with both the Space NK Luxury division and BEAUTYSPACENK Prestige division. He is responsible for developing strategies to increase brand awareness, expansion, deepen customer relationships and evolve the Space NK brand in-store and digital experience.  In addition, Noah has been instrumental at developing and implementing a new division called BEAUTYSPACENK focused on the prestige beauty category. Within the last year the initiative has been built to add scale for brands while bringing accessibility to customers – when where and how they chose.
