Currently Director of Innovation at Groupe Marcelle, she's developing the outlook of group brand portfolio.

Jeb Gleason-Allured is content director of Allured Business Media—comprising Skin Inc., Global Cosmetic Industry, Cosmetics & Toiletries, MedEsthetics, NailPro, Beauty Launchpad and DaySpa—spanning professional and B2B beauty, wellness, and flavor and fragrance innovation. He represents the fourth generation of the Allured family to serve at the company.

Nyakio (pronounced Neh-Kay-Oh) Grieco is a beauty entrepreneur and advocate for clean, inclusive beauty that suits all skin types, tones and needs. As a veteran beauty founder and trusted voice in the industry, Nyakio has launched two successful businesses: her award-winning eponymous brand nyakio™, based on her family’s Kenyan beauty secrets and launched in 2002 and inclusive beauty e-commerce destination, thirteen lune, launched with co-founder Patrick Herning in 2020.

It was during the racial reckoning of 2020 that Nyakio was inspired to launc thirteen lune. The world was profoundly impacted by Black Lives Matter’s racial justice movement and Nyakio noticed a plethora of Black owned beauty brands finally getting due recognition from mainstream media, yet there was no e commerce platform where consumers could seek out and purchase the products efficiently. Additionally, she observed the continued misconception that BIPOC beauty founders were only creating product for BIPOC consumers. 
Thus, thirteen lune launched as the first of its kind, e-commerce destination designed to inspire the discovery of beauty brands created by BIPOC founders that resonate with people of all colors. Thirteen Lune has received top industry awards including, Fashion Group International 2022 Rising Star Award “New Retail Concept”, WWD Beauty Inc.’s 2021 Newcomer of the Year Award and InStyle Bad Ass 50 Women 2022.

Continuing her commitment to inclusive beauty and with a deep understanding of where the niche was in the market, Nyakio created Relevant: Your Skin Seen, a clean, science-led skincare brand that works for all skin tones and types. Working with top labs to ensure a diverse mix of the best chemists, Nyakio formulated each product with superfruits and actives in efficacious percentages to create products that truly perform.

As a dedicated activist and mentor, Nyakio sits on the boards of Girls Inc. Los Angeles, Legacy Youth Leadership and BeautyUnited.

Thomas Hammond is the Director of Package Development and Engineering at Revlon overseeing global Skincare, Fragrance, Promotions, Deodorant, Design to Value, and Change Management. In this role, he is responsible for end to end execution from ideation to manufacturing and production. He has traveled domestically and internationally for functional packaging line trials, custom tool development, and innovation trade shows. With those experiences, he has been able to sharpen his skill set, cultivating himself for a future in the cosmetic industry. Thomas has a Masters in Cosmetic and Fragrance Marketing and Management from FIT and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

Yarden is the Co-Founder of Spate, the artificial intelligence trends platform for beauty. Prior to Spate, Yarden co-founded and led the Trendspotting division at Google – where she launched renowned reports such as The Google Fashion Trends Report and The Google Skin Care Trends Report. Her work at Google included spotting top trends such as Turmeric, Cold Brew, and Face Masks. Yarden was named the Future Voice of Fashion by The Business of Fashion, based on her work in leveraging data science for consumer trends prediction.

Larissa Jensen, Vice President, Industry Advisor at Circana (formerly The NPD Group), is an expert in the skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair categories. She travels globally to lend her knowledge of the U.S. and global markets to the beauty industry, which includes the evaluation of new business opportunities for top beauty retailers and manufacturers around the world.

Nicole Musco is a passionate beauty enthusiast with over 15 years in the industry developing innovative products for iconic brands such as L’Oreal, Avon & Revlon. With a strong strategic focus on new product development, Nicole has centered her career around translating ingredient and macro trends into products that resonate with both brands and consumers.  Nicole is currently focused on Clean, Performance products in her current role as the Director of Product Development at Jane Iredale. 

Andrea Nagel has been reporting on the beauty industry for more than 15 years, most recently as SVP News & Programming at CEW. In her current role, Andrea identifies topics, companies, and speakers to bring to the forefront for CEW’s 20+ annual events and oversees news for its CEW Daily newsletter. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and son.

In Michael’s role as SVP Creative Director, he combines innovative thinking, business acumen, and in-depth knowledge of the beauty industry to collaboratively forecast short and long-term trends and lead the artistic direction of BEAUTYSTREAMS’ content. He oversees a team of over 200 international experts to understand macro and consumer trends on a global scale and translate their findings into inspiration for product development, marketing, and strategy for companies worldwide. Michael also leads BEAUTYSTREAMS’ Bespoke Division which delivers tailored trend analyses to global companies such as L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Unilever, and many more.

With nearly 20 years of experience in fashion and beauty, Michael is a true trend authority, regularly speaking at events and trade shows worldwide and providing commentary and thought leadership in international trade and consumer publications.

Recognized as one of the world’s leading cosmetic chemists, Ron Robinson, CEO, and founder of BeautyStat set his goal to develop a revolutionary new technology to stabilize active ingredients such as pure vitamin C. After spending his entire career trying to solve this problem and five extensive years in the lab, he finally did. And as a result, his brand, BeautyStat, was born with the world’s first 20 percent stable vitamin C serum, the Universal C Skin Refiner. No other product on the market contains the same potency.
 
Since its launch in 2019, BeautyStat has grown rapidly as a company, developing a whole line of award-winning skincare products. Ron has accomplished so much. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry developing Clinique’s best-selling products, leading the product development roles for L’Oreal, Revlon, Avon, and advising on Hailey Bieber’s Rhode skincare line and having launched BeautyStat just three years ago, he is only just getting started.
 
Ron also recently won Glossy’s 2022 Glossy 50 award for being one of the industry’s biggest movers and shakers. And won the Byrdie Award for Best Formulator.

Noah Rosenblatt is President North America at Space NK. He joined Space NK in 2015, bringing more than eight years of beauty experience with prior roles at LVMH and 20 years of retail industry experience working with numerous emerging brands looking to expand their footprint in the US. Noah currently oversees the North American wholesale distribution with both the Space NK Luxury division and BEAUTYSPACENK Prestige division. He is responsible for developing strategies to increase brand awareness, expansion, deepen customer relationships and evolve the Space NK brand in-store and digital experience.  In addition, Noah has been instrumental at developing and implementing a new division called BEAUTYSPACENK focused on the prestige beauty category. Within the last year the initiative has been built to add scale for brands while bringing accessibility to customers – when where and how they chose.  

Mimi is a seasoned retail professional with almost six years of experience in Mass Retail across various categories. She has a passion for helping small businesses grow and a deep understanding of brand and consumer behavior. 

Mimi holds an MBA from Kellogg and is a strategic thinker with an international perspective. She possesses a creative mindset and is known for her innovative problem-solving abilities, an asset for any startup seeking to disrupt the retail industry. With degrees in marketing and communication, Mimi has an in-depth understanding of the latest trends and strategies to engage with customers. She is a trend-setter in her field, consistently pushing boundaries to build brand loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.

Pei Wong has been leading innovation and product development at Tula Skincare since 2019. Prior to Tula, she served in product development and R&D roles for Fresh (LVMH), Estee Lauder, and Chanel. She holds a master’s degree in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing & Management from FIT, a master’s degree in Cosmetic Science from FDU, and a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from NYU.
