In 2019, Dawn joined Sir Fraser Stoddard and the team to co-create Noble Panacea, marking its debut at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. As Co-Creator and Head of Global Sales, E-Commerce, and Business Development, she and the executive team established the company from the ground up. This involved everything from formulation and packaging design to operations, brand positioning, e-commerce platform development, and retail distribution strategy, ultimately launching in 16 countries. Prior to this, Dawn served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Education at Revive Skincare, where she played a key role in navigating the company through its acquisition by Shiseido. She rebuilt retailer relationships, restructured distribution plans, developed comprehensive P&L models, and nurtured a high- performing sales team.
Earlier in her career, Dawn was Global VP of Sales, E-Commerce, and Education at DCL Skincare, where she expanded the brand from a professional division to prestige. She led the brand launch into five luxury retailers and across 15 countries, managing international distributor relationships, regulatory, and contract manufacturing in portfolio manufacturer Milbar. Dawn’s executive roles also encompass sales and education leadership at Estee Lauder, Shiseido, Clé de Peau Beauté, Chanel, and Trish McEvoy, where she was instrumental in launching Shiseido and DCL Skincare on QVC as the brand spokesperson.
In addition to her professional achievements, Dawn is deeply committed to philanthropy and mentorship. She founded Thoughtful Threads of Heart, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing daily life necessities to women and children in need. Dawn also dedicates her time to mentoring young women both personally and professionally, guiding the next generation of leaders.
