Our Ultra Thin Cosmetic Puff with Integrated Film allows you to get rid of bulky compacts. Thinking slim means removing 4 5 different actions needed to open your compact, find the applicator, lift the powder and apply it to your face. The integrated film attached to our puff acts as a hygienic seal, bringing back user friendly, stylish slim compacts, allowing the puff to be accessed and the powder to be lifted in a single simple action. The film separates the powder from the applicator. Less plastic, eco friendly, thinner compacts - a return to elegance.

Technical details
The integrated film hygienically seals the powder puff preventing contamination of the puff. It prevents fibres from the puff soiling the compact before use. The application surface of the puff is guaranteed to be intact and untouched and is therefore naturally disease resistant. It is factory sealed giving the manufacturer and user peace of mind.

At less than 2.5mm thick our Ultra Thin Puff with Integrated Film is unique in its properties. It uses carefully blended materials to provide the same quality of feel and application characteristics as a full size product. It remains aesthetically pleasing in appearance. Its structure makes it a stable component, easily incorporated into automated or manual filling lines. The nature of the product is space saving and allows the housing of the compact to be simplified and substantially reduced in size. How does your product meet the evaluation criteria of its category?
Our Ultra Thin Puff with Integrated Film uses a unique blend of materials to create an innovative secondary packaging product. This enables primary packaging designers to develop more ecologically friendly and usable products or utilise existing packaging, previously deemed too expensive or uneconomical to fill.
Historically compacts used to have a plastic disc to separate the puff from the powder during transit and the puff was stored on top of the disc. Manufacturers found it difficult to accurately place the puff and the disc into the compact.
Solutions were devised to enable the puff to be housed in a separate space - this solved the problem. However, the downsides were complexity of use, more plastic, more parts, and greater volume.
In a standard compact you open the lid, pick up the powder in view of the mirror (if fitted) and you are ready to capture and apply the powder directly.
In designs without the film there are multiple operations before you can apply your makeup and some which may need to be repeated to collect more powder.
